We’ll explore what would help most, whether that is an AI workflow, a process improvement or an information session, and identify a practical next step.

The call

How the call works

I'll ask how your organization runs and where your team's time goes in a typical week, and together we'll identify two or three places where AI could help. The conversation stays focused on your work rather than on the technology, and my aim is for you to leave with something you can act on straight away.

What we'll talk about

  • Where your team's time goes, and which recurring tasks take longer than they should.
  • How staff are already using AI, whether formally or informally.
  • One or two tasks that could be a sensible, low-risk place to start.
  • Any concerns you have about privacy, quality or how staff might respond.

  • What you'll leave with

    At least one practical idea you can try with your team, even if we never work together.

  • What to expect

    We'll discuss one recurring task or operational challenge, whether I could help and what a sensible next step might look like. If working together makes sense, I'll explain the options. There's no obligation to proceed.

  • Who it's for

    Executive directors and operations leads at nonprofits, charities, social enterprises and associations. Board members are welcome to join.

  • Before we meet

    There is nothing to prepare. If it helps, bring one task that takes more of your team's time than it should, and we can use it as a starting point.
